Founded in Oviedo in 1990, Galería Vértice commenced its activities at its premises in Calle Manuel Pedregal up until July 1995. It then moved to Calle Marqués de Santa Cruz nº 10, to its emblematic premises covering 950 square metres. In this space it has three exhibition rooms, an area dedicated to graphic works and a garden for sculptures and installations.

In the world of plastic arts, Galería Vértice has promoted national and international artists in the area of contemporary creation.

It has held 450 individual and group exhibitions throughout its lifetime.

Since 1993 it has participated in 55 Fairs of the International Contemporary Arte Circuit. Among others, Art Chicago, Art International New York, ArcoMadrid, ArteSantander, ArteLisboa, Estampa-Madrid, Madridfoto, ArtMadrid, ArtValencia, Espacio Atlántico-Vigo, etc.

Galería Vértice has carried out joint projects with Spanish and foreign galleries, and participated in collaborations with museums, institutions, with public and private collections.

Since 2014, at its new headquarters in Av. Pedro Masaveu 8, Galería Vértice Art Consulting performs its activity as art consultants.
